Inks & Coatings are standard sizes of gallons and 5-gallon pails, however certain items are only available by the pound.
Additives are sold in quarts and gallons.
For specific information please contact the Order Department.

Calculate using the following Ink Mileage Formula:

1)

1. Length in Inches x Width in Inches = Total Square Inches

NOTE: Only count the area that is going to be printed with ink.
2)

1. Total Square Inches

divided by

1. 144 = Total Square Feet per Sheet

3)

1. Total Sq Ft x # of Sheets Printed = Total Sq Ft of the Job

4)

1. Using the table below, select your mesh and calculate your # of gallons needed.

For Colors:

We recommend our Sensitizer #7 (8209) for pigmented inks. It can be used in all Kolorcure ink lines starting at a 3% Add, increasing up to 10% Maximum if needed.

This product will not affect shelf-life.

For very Light Colors call for an alternative as it will slightly yellow or shift the shade of the ink.

For Coatings:

We recommend our Sensitizer #3 (8208) starting at a 3% Add, increasing up to 10% Maximum if needed.

This product does not yellow or affect shelf-life.
